RESOLUTION
of the Chairman of Dushanbe City
on the approval of the construction of Internet Cafe in Jomi Street
by organization Boulder-Dushanbe Sister Cities

In response to the letter from organization Boulder-Dushanbe Sister Cities on February 27, 2006 to construct the Internet Cafe in Dushanbe City and based on Resolution #8 dated March 7, 2006 to allocate a plot of land for this purpose in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Local Governance...

I Decree:

1. To allocate to Boulder-Dushanbe Sister Cities organization a plot of land of 3,847 m.sq. located in Jomi Street for renting for 50 years to construct an Internet Cafe

2. The Boulder-Dushanbe Sister Cities organization to be responsible for:

   • to start the construction works after receiving the Certificate for the use of the land and permission of the State Architect and City Building Inspection of Dushanbe;

   • after the completion of the construction works to submit the building to the relevant state commission;

   • to use the allocated plot of land in a proper way

3. To sign an agreement on the technical monitoring of the construction works with the department of the Construction of Dushanbe

4. Privatization of the constructed building according to the article 8 & 9 of the Law of Privatization is prohibited

5. In the case if the BDSC does not complete the construction works within two years this Decree will lose its power

6. The Presidium of the Dushanbe Department of Architecture and Construction (B. Izzatov) and the Land Committee of Dushanbe (A. Mallaev) are responsible for the implementation of this Decree.
