The official groundbreaking ceremony for the Cyber Café was held in Dushanbe in March of 2006. We recently received $78,000 from the City of Dushanbe for their portion of the project and for modifications that resulted from changes in site location. Construction began in May of 2007 and should be completed Summer of 2008.
